Terms of Service

Effective: September 7, 2026

These terms govern Syllabic Edge listing diagnostics, proofreading, editing, and optimization services. Syllabic Edge currently operates as an independent service under the Syllabic Edge trade name.

Scope

Project scope, listing count, turnaround, revisions, price, and required source information are established before paid work begins. Enterprise projects may use a separate written scope.

Client-provided facts

The client is responsible for the accuracy and legality of product specifications, certifications, performance claims, warranties, pricing, compatibility information, and other factual material supplied to Syllabic Edge.

No invented claims

Syllabic Edge does not knowingly invent product specifications, certifications, test results, or unsupported performance claims. Editorial optimization is limited by the quality and completeness of verified source information.

Marketplace results

Diagnostic scores measure listing presentation. They are not Amazon, eBay, Walmart, Shopify, or other marketplace scores and do not guarantee ranking, conversion, revenue, or sales.

Revisions

Listing Engineering includes one revision cycle. Listing Batch includes two. Catalog Engineering revision scope is defined per optimization cycle. A revision addresses the agreed project; materially new products, new facts, new platform requirements, or expanded scope may require a new quote.

Turnaround

48-hour Listing Engineering and 72-hour Listing Batch delivery periods are target turnaround times for standard projects after required information is received and the project is accepted. Rush availability is subject to capacity.

Confidentiality

Client project materials are treated as confidential. NDAs can be considered for projects requiring one.
